Top Goodyear AZ Realtors Share Checklist For Making a Selling House Interior Impeccable
The decision to sell a home is not an easy one, and it is
something that will effect how well the next buying process of a home will go.
The Caren Team of Matt and Shalin Caren, Goodyear
AZ Realtors, have created a checklist for potential home sellers.
This checklist makes sure the home is as attractive to a potential buyer as
possible and will help sell the property in a much shorter time.
The first thing a potential buyer will see is the exterior
of the home. This will be important. It is the interior, on the other hand,
that buyers will spend more time looking at and determining if the home is
appropriate for them. The home owner needs to do a few things to make sure the
home is ready for sale.
“Each of these may seem minor, but they are important
psychological elements for a potential buyer to see. Shalin and I have done
this for a long time. We know what the buyer is looking for on a subconscious
level,” said Matt Caren, one of the leading Goodyear, Arizona real estate agents.
The keys to selling start with something many people do not
consider, the lighting and specifically, the light bulbs. Sellers need to unsure
that each of the bulbs in the home are functioning properly and are all of the
same size and type for each fixture in the home. Buyers want to see the home
glowing and in its best possible light.
Next, move to the kitchen. Anything in the kitchen that is
not an appliance needs to go and be boxed up to move. The same is said for the
refrigerator. It is important to depersonalize the refrigerator by taking down
magnets and other pieces. The potential buyer wants to see themselves in the
home and not the previous owners.
The Caren team has been Realtors in Goodyear, AZ for
many years and have honed their craft to move homes quickly and easily. Learn
